Lo10M ships worldwide using PostNL, DHL Parcel, UPS Standard and DHL Express. 
All orders are shipped within one working day. Our delivery time starts when you receive the shipping confirmation email and is indicative.

We only offer products in stock. All orders placed before 17:00 CET will be shipped on the same business day. 

THE NETHERLANDS

We have 3 shipping options at the moment for our customers based in the Netherlands.

EUROPEAN UNION 

For our customers based in the EU-zone we have 2 shipping options depending on the country of delivery. Standard or Express shipment. 

The transit time for UPS Standard or DHL Parcel is 2-4 business days depending on the delivery address. The transit time for UPS Express or DHL Express service is 1-2 business days for all customers based in EU.

Returns are possible with us up to 14 days after delivery. We offer our customers within the EU zone a return label via our return portal for a fixed rate of 15 EURO.

For our international customers we are working with DHL Express and PostNL. The transit time via DHL Express is normally 1-2 business day. Delivery time via PostNL is 4-9 working days.

For the Express shipping we are working with DHL Express Worldwide. At checkout you will find the most accurate rates at the moment via our shipping partner DHL Express. Rate depends on the delivery address/country. 

For the PostNL Standard Shipping method we are using PostNL. This is the Dutch courier company working together with the local couriers from the country of delivery. The delivery time for this shipping method is 4-9 business days.
