How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Normally your order will be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 17:00 CEST. Based on the shipping address, your order will usually be delivered within 1-2 business days. Click for more info!

What is the return period? 
After receiving your order you have 14 working days to return your order. Remember that the product authenticity tag must be intact, and that the products must be shipped in the original box and packaging with all accessories. 

When will I receive my refund?
We will confirm the return within 1-2 business days of receiving your return and complete the refund within 2-3 business days.

 

Are the products authentic, and are they really in stock?

Yes, all products are in stock and ready to ship. We ship the same day of order. All orders and products are shipped from the Netherlands.

All products offered on our website www.lo10m.com are 100% authentic and original. We are not affiliated with any suppliers that manufacture or deal in counterfeit products. If you are still not satisfied with the product, you are free to return the product within 14 working days of receipt. You will receive your refund within 2-4 business days after we have received the returned order.
